This website uses no cookies and no tracking or audience-measurement tools. Fonts are hosted on the same server as the website, and no maps or other third-party resources are loaded.

Your shopping cart is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to the server. You can delete it at any time by emptying the cart.

When you send an order or a request, the details you enter are not saved on the website: WhatsApp or your email app opens with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it. The data we receive (name, phone, email, delivery address) is used by RIMNOVA S.R.L., as data controller, solely to process the order, deliver it and invoice it (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and is kept for the period required by accounting law.

WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which applies its own privacy policy. Links to Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or Google Maps only open if you click them.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@rimnova.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

Returns policy

Right of withdrawal (consumers): you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason (Article 9 of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014). The period starts on the day you take physical possession of the goods; for an order delivered in several parcels, from receipt of the last parcel.

How to withdraw: before the period expires, send us a clear statement by email (contact@rimnova.eu) or on WhatsApp (+40 751 951 207). We confirm receipt in writing without delay.

  • Return the goods within 14 days of telling us about your decision, to: RIMNOVA S.R.L., Str. XLIX nr. 3, Cristian 557085, jud. Sibiu, Romania.
  • The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer (Article 14(2) of GEO No. 34/2014). For a set of 4 wheels, the estimated courier cost within Romania is about 160 – 280 RON.
  • Please use the original packaging with all its protective parts where possible; put the bolts, valves and caps in separate, well-closed bags.
  • Using or fitting the products does not cancel the right of withdrawal, but handling beyond what is needed to inspect them may reduce the amount refunded.

Refunds are made within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal, including the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost, using the same payment method (or another method agreed in writing). We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods procured to special order in the configuration requested by the customer (Article 16(c) of GEO No. 34/2014); you are told about this before placing the order.

Companies: orders are final. Returns are accepted only for a confirmed manufacturing defect or a delivery error attributable to RIMNOVA.

Warranties

Legal guarantee of conformity: RIMNOVA is liable for any lack of conformity existing at delivery and discovered within 2 years (Romanian GEO No. 140/2021). You are entitled to repair or replacement, or, if these are not possible, to a price reduction or a refund. RIMNOVA bears the costs.

Report any lack of conformity as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of receipt, before the tyres are fitted), by email or WhatsApp, with photos, a video and a short description. Claimed products undergo a technical inspection, with collection arranged and paid for by RIMNOVA.

RIMNOVA commercial warranty: 3 years against manufacturing defects, in addition to the legal guarantee, which it does not affect.

Dispute resolution

We answer every complaint within 2 working days at most; an amicable solution is always the fastest route. You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), including its Alternative Dispute Resolution department: https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/

The texts, photos and graphics on this website belong to RIMNOVA S.R.L. or its partners. Car brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) are mentioned only to indicate compatibility and belong to their respective owners.
